When we called him, he abused us for calling and disturbing him. We reported this to Voltas and they said they would send another engineer. The other engineer called and has still not turned up. It is more than 2 weeks. When we contact Voltas they keep saying they will send someone 'soon'Highly disappointing. will not recommend buying any Voltas product as the after sales support is the worst.
